Keynote lecture plenary sessions and parallel oral sessions

If you are using ".doc" files (Word program), or ".ppt" files (Powerpoint presentation) or ".pdf" files (Acrobat), you can come with just your presentation on a CD for PC. If you are using other type of program or other system (Apple) contact us or come with your own computer.

The duration of the presentations is:

for the regular papers: 20 minutes including 5 minutes for questions from the audience,

for the keynote lectures: 35 minutes including 5 minutes for questions from the audience.

The chairmen are in charge of strictly limit the duration of the presentations since there are parallel sessions.

Plenary poster Session

Participants will be provided an area for their poster. A0 format recommended (90 cm x 120 cm).

The posters will be visible during the 3 days of the Conference. They will be exhibited in the hall where the technical exhibition will take place.
