Theoretical and Applied Optics

Mission

To develop and manage optical systems, from the source to post-processing, in a range of wavelengths from infrared to ultraviolet, for aeronautic, space and military applications.

The DOTA is the largest European research center in defense optronics with a staff of 125 research engineers, 26 doctoral and post doctoral students and 15 technicians.
