Objectives
- To capitalize knowledge of the detectors.
- To have a coherent set of assessment resources and methods for new generation detectors.
- To form an expert analysis hub for DOTA and the DGA.
- To help the DGA in the orientation of processes.
Onera’s contribution
A detector evaluation laboratory with all the necessary competence for electro-optical characterization of the detectors:
- Development of calibration resources.
- Design and construction of dedicated electronic measurement systems.
- Vacuum and cryogenic techniques.
- Development of computer tools.
