Optical interferometry allows one to reach the resolution of a "large" telescope by coupling several smaller ones. However, this method does not provide images, but interferometric observables, from which a suited algorithm has to reconstruct an image. Wisard, developped at ONERA, is such an algorithm. It has been validated on simulations (cf. figures) and successfully compared to other methods.
