Testing

  • A 6m turn table is used to guide the model into the fans.
  • Variable wind speed up to 20m/s.
  • Model dimensions possible: 9 x 6 m with 2.5m height.
  • Measurements of Forces and Moments, Pressure, Speed, Temperatures.
  • Visualisation of flow by laser tomoscopy.
  • A system of 3 axe displacement is controlled by the computer to ensure the continual positioning of the probes.
