2006 Activities - Summary

The activities of the Physics Branch are mainly to develop means of observation, measurement and countermeasures using complex physical phenomena to meet ONERA’s own needs and those of industrial and institutional clients in the civil and defense sectors. The Branch’s core competence is in the field of electromagnetism, electronics and optics, relayed by strong competence in field like microtechnologies, inertial sensors and numerical modeling. These areas of competence are practiced notably in the sectors of earth, atmospheric and space environment.
