TOOLBOXES

The following three Toolboxes (based on MATLAB/SIMULINK) can be downloaded by clicking the links after you accept the following terms:

SMT :  The Skew Mu Toolbox

A robustness analysis package for high-order plants with mixed LTI uncertainties. The main routine (mu_margin) of this package provides guaranteed robustness margins for high-order plants (up to 100 states) involving numerous uncertainties. The code has been tested on various challenging aerospace applications.
Developed by Gilles Ferreres  and  Jean-Marc Biannic.
Download the package here.

AWAST : The Anti-Windup Analysis and Synthesis Toolbox.

This Toolbox contains a set of user-friendly routines to perform stability and performance analysis and design for anti-windup systems. The main routines are based on the implementation of recent analysis and synthesis results dedicated to saturated systems:
  • J-M. Biannic, C. Roos and S. Tarbouriech. A practical method for fixed-order anti-windup design. In IFAC Symposium on Nonlinear Control Systems, Pretoria, August 2007.
  • C. Roos and J-M. Biannic. A convex characterization of dynamically-constrained anti-windup controllers. Automatica 44(9): 2449-2452. September 2008.
  • Jean-Marc Biannic and Sophie Tarbouriech. Optimization and implementation of dynamic anti-windup compensators in aircraft control systems with multiple saturations.   Control Engineering Practice 17(6): 703-713. June 2009.
The Toolbox is based on a  Simulink interface which has been designed so as to simplify and fasten the construction of synthesis and simulation oriented diagrams. To this purpose a Simulink Library AWLib  with advanced objects has been developed.

Developed by Jean-Marc Biannic  and  Clément Roos.
Download the package here.

SIMULINK HANDLING OF LFR OBJECTS.

This package (SLK2LFR) is a Simulink interface for the  famous LFRT Toolbox which was  initially (versions 1.x) developed at ONERA by  Jean-François Magni. The present interface works with the last version of the toolbox jointly developed by ONERA (Jean-François Magni) and DLR (Simon Hecker and Andreas Varga). It contains specific libraries and tools which permit very easily to build and simulate interconnected LFR objects. The case of high-order LFRs has received a particular attention.

Since Jean-François Magni's homepage - after its brutal disparition in 2007 - is no longer active today, you may download the LFRT Toolbox from the second link below.
Developed by Jean-Marc Biannic  and  Carsten Döll.
Download the module here. (if you already have the LFRT Toolbox).
Download the full interfaced toolbox with html tutorial here.
